ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of the case in C.C.No.2 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli, to Family Court, Chennai.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.11.2019, there was no representation on either side and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 20.11.2019 under the caption "for dismissal".

Today (20.11.2019), the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' and when the matter is called for hearing, today also there is no representation on either side and hence this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
