The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to release the petitioner's original document.

2. In this writ petition, though notice was served on the respondent privately, the respondent is not appearing before this Court today, when the matter is listed. His name is printed in the cause list.

3. The case of the petitioner in short is as follows: He borrowed loan amount from the respondent in Loan Account No.18600003847 and he settled the entire dues of loan. However, his original documents are not returned by the respondent, despite repeated request. Last of such request was made on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

27.12.2019. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed with the relief as stated supra.

Since the respondent has not come forward to putforth his case and as it is stated by the petitioner that he had discharged the entire loan amount, this Court, without expressing any view on the merits of such claim made by the petitioner, only direct the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for return of the documents and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
