This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 07.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23490 of 2023 to appear before the trial Court on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., till disposal of the trial, apart from the Court hearing dates.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court weekly once i.e, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial, apart from the Court hearing dates.
