2. The docket order of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate dated 26.12.2022 in CC No.984 of 2022 is challenged in this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that pursuant to the docket order passed by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, the car which is the subject matter of crime in CC No.984 of 2022 was ceased and produced before the Judicial Magistrate and if any remedy required, the petitioner has to approach the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate for return of the vehicle.
4. Accordingly, the Original Petition is dismissed, the relief sought for in this petition does not survive. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
