(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.35556 of 2016 dated 22.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by the first respondent and also produced a copy of the order passed in Office Order No.126/2019 dated 11.09.2019. This Court has also perused the affidavit filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives for further Page No.2/3

consideration in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
