Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute related to the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.651/1B, measuring to an extent of 50 cents situated at Thuppukanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering his representation dated 25.11.2025 within a stipulated period.

O R D E R
This writ petition (criminal) has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pertaining to the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.651/1B, measuring an extent of 50 cents, situated at Thuppukanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District (hereinafter referred to as 'the subject property'), by considering his representation dated 25.11.2025.
2. Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition (criminal) is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no order adverse to the interest of the 4th respondent is passed, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent executed a sale deed bearing Doc.No.3549 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject property and the above said registration took place in the presence of the witnesses. However, the 4th respondent gave a false complaint before the respondent2/5
police as if he was forced by the petitioner to execute the said sale deed dated 05.08.2025 and pursuant to the said complaint, the 3rd respondent is pressurising the petitioner to cancel the said sale deed, which is wholly unsustainable. Accordingly, he prayed for appropriate orders.
5. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, pursuant to the complaint made by the 4th respondent, current paper enquiry is being conducted in C.No.455 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025 and the same will be completed within a period of four (4) weeks and that the respondent-police are not interfering with the civil dispute, if any pending between the parties.
6. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition (criminal) stands disposed of. The respondent-police shall complete the enquiry in C.No.455 of 2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
