O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 11.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 11.04.2016, lodged by the petitioner, it is seen that petition enquiry is being conducted in CSR.No.120 of 2016. On a close reading of the complaint dated 11.04.2016, it is alleged by the petitioner that he had purchased the property in question in a Court sale and later on, when he saw the documents, he found that the boundaries of the property has been distorted by the opposite party.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, the matter essentially appears to be civil in nature and hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register an FIR.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
