O R D E R

The relief sought for in this contempt petition is to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 16.08.2017 in W.P.No.22413 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Special Government Pleader (Education) that already the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22413 of 2013 dated 16.08.2017 has been complied with and the petitioner has also received a sum of Rs.3,21,604/-.

3. However, the counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is an arrears of amount pending to be paid to the petitioner. The petitioner was also sought for the revised pension. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner has received the said sum which is an admitted fact. Hence, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate authority, this Contempt petition is closed. No costs.
