This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.30408 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022, that the petitioner shall deposit the RC book of the lorry bearing Registration No.TN 40 C 0984 to the credit of Crime No.298 of 2022 within a period of fifteen (15) days.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the order of this Court, the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the Ramakrishna Math on 30.12.2022. The petitioner is not the owner of the lorry and the said lorry is rented vehicle. Hence, he could not produce the original RC book before the trial Court and comply the condition, thereby he seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner i.e., "to deposit the RC Book of lorry bearing Regn. No.TN 40 C 0984 to the credit of Cr.No.298 of 2022 within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below, in Crl.O.P.No.30408 of 2022, order dated 12.12.2022 stands deleted.
