PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai to the effect that the petitioner shall be permitted to furnish sureties for Rs.5000/- with two sureties for a like sum with Aadhar card and Ration card instead of furnishing bond for Rs.10000/- with two sureties for a like sum as per the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.21582 of 2018 by order dated 18.12.2018.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai to the effect that the petitioner shall be permitted to furnish sureties for Rs.5000/- with two sureties for a like sum with Aadhar card and Ration card instead of furnishing bond for Rs.10000/- with two sureties for a like sum as per the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.21582 of 2018 by order dated 18.12.2018.
