ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in CC.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagapattinam.

2. The petitioner has been arrayed as A3 in the final report. It is seen from records that there was already a compromise entered into between the parties and this Court recorded the compromise and quashed the proceedings in Crl.OP.No.1646 of 2019 by an order dated 12.03.2020 insofar A1 and A2 are concerned.

3. The petitioner will also be entitled to take advantage of the same order since the defacto complainant has filed an affidavit before this Court expressing his willingness to withdraw the entire complaint.

4. In view of the above, the proceedings in CC.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagapattinam, is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
