PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025, within the stipulated time framed by this Court and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to cancel illegal the Patta No.4656 of the said land which stands in the name of the 6th respondent and to issue individual patta to the petitioner in the land comprised in survey No 730/ 1B1, situated at Koththur village Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupathur District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025 seeking for cancellation of Patta No.4656, which is now standing in the name of the 6th respondent for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner seeks for cancellation of Patta No.4656 standing in the name of the 6th respondent. Since the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025 has not been considered by the 2nd respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2025, seeking for cancellation of Patta No.4656 standing in the name of the 6th respondent for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve
