This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.27633 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday, for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
