PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in C.O.C. No. 66/2019 dated 11.12.2019 against the petitioner's son by name detenu Jaishankar Male 36/2019 son of Pandarinathan now confined in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue, viz., Jaisankar, S/o. Pandarinathan, aged 36/2019 years, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenue in C.O.C. No. 66/2019 dated 11.12.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the son of the petitioner. 3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
