This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 20.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20340 of 2023 to report before the learned Judge, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
