This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Cr.No.24 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B7 Ramanathapuram Police Station, Coimbatore. The case was listed today without EB.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in the Cr.No.24 of 2011, already investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the Calendar Case has also ended in acquittal by the judgment dated 10.10.2015 made by the learned Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
