ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) Invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has filed this petition to cause production of his daughter, the detenue herein, namely, S.Devayani, aged about 16 years, before this Court, who is said to be missing from 26.04.2015 and to set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detenue was secured and she is now with her father/the petitioner herein. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the learned Counsel prays to withdraw the present petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
