Prayer in CMP.No.9163/2022: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from in any way disturbing the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule mentioned properties which are the subject matter in OS.No.93 of 1998 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sankari pending disposal of the Second Appeal.
