At request of the learned Public Prosecutor, the matter is adjourned to 13.03.2020 for filing counter.

Thereafter, the matter will be taken up for arguments on 20.03.2020. Since the Court is inclined to take up the matter for final hearing, both sides have agreed to argue the matter.

Till such time, there shall be an order of stay of further proceedings in C.C No.13 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional Special Court for Trial of Criminal Cases related to elected Members of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu, Chennai.
