Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a,m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in order passed by this hon'ble court in Crl.O.P.No.14978 of 2020 by the order dated 24/09/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.GOPIKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14978 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet has not yet been filed in this case and hence, he opposed to relax the condition.

3. Considering the fact that charge sheet has not been filed so far and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The same condition is to be continued until further orders.
