Neela v. State Rep By
W.A.No.493 of 2020 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J.
(made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Another prayer is made on behalf of the appellant for adjournment, this time on the ground that counsel is indisposed.
2. It is submitted by the State that the matter has been hanging fire for a long time and the State has been restrained from commencing or continuing with the construction. The State says that considerable loss and prejudice has been suffered by it on account of the subsisting interim order and the order should be vacated and the State allowed to proceed with the project.
3. The appeal will appear a fortnight hence. It is hoped that no further adjournment will be sought on behalf of the appellant.
4. List on 21.04.2021.
