Already final order is passed, the matter is posted again. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the main C.C.No.360/2016 pending investigation, petition for interim custody was filed under Section 457 and 451 of Cr.P.C., and the said petition was dismissed by the lower Court. By way of revision, the petitioner was granted interim custody of the vehicle on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/-. Now, it is represented that the entire C.C., was acquitted on 30.07.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur. Since C.C., has been ended in acquittal, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount that was deposited as directed above.
