No.167 of 1999 and dated 18.12.2001 on the file of Principal District Judge, Villupuram in reversing the judgment and decree in O.S.No.619 of 1995 and dated 19.04.1999 on the file of II Addl. District Munsif, Ulundurpet.

JUDGEMENT This Court already passed an order dated 29.01.2019 granted time till 15.02.2019 to take steps to bring the legal representatives of the 2nd respondent on record, failing which the petition shall stand abated as against the 2nd respondent. So far, the petitioners/appellants did not take any steps to bring the legal representatives of the 2nd respondent on record. Hence, as per the earlier order passed by this Court, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as abated. Consequently, the connected S.A. SR also stands abated. No costs.
