Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate, the court made the following order:- When this petition was taken up for hearing on 08.09.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 09.09.2021. Even today, i.e., 09.09.2021 there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for default.
