By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service from the date of initial appointment as Driver and to pay all monetary and other service benefits based on the petitioners representation dated 15.11.2025 within a stipulated time, in light of the G.O.(Ms) No.5, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2(i)) Department dated 04.01.2022 and G.O.(2D) No.11 Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR(2) (i)) Department dated 22.01.2024 and Amendment issued in G.O.(2D) No.56 Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2(i)) Department dated 03.06.2024. 2/4

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 15.11.2025 to the respondents seeking to regularize the petitioner's service from the date of initial appointment as Driver and to pay all monetary and other service benefits, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
