O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint dated 17.04.2016 given by the petitioner to the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 17.04.2016 given by the petitioner against the in-laws, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.129 of 2016 and the same was closed, on the ground that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is always ready and willing to co-operate with the enquiry.

5.
