The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, which was taken on file as C.C.No.4587 of 2015. He further submits that now the case is posted for further hearing on 28.07.2020.
