(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police for further fair investigation and to file final report in Crime No.19 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a fair investigation has been going on all along and that they will be able to complete the investigation within a period of four months.

3. In view of the above submission, a direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2019 and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
