ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.8529 of 2016, by order dated 08.03.2016, directed the respondent to consider the appeal dated 09.12.2015 preferred by the petitioners and to pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ orders, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to

the petitioners as well as to all other necessary parties, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 08.03.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
