ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) For reasons given in the affidavit of one Rahul Gaiwad in support of the CMP, we are inclined to modify the second sentence of paragraph 5 of the order dated 17.12.2024 as under:

Instead of the words "Managing Director", "Regional Manager" to be inserted.

2. Rest of the order remains unaltered.

3. Application is disposed of accordingly.

4. List the appeal on 7.1.2025.
