This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4124 of 2024 by an order dated 22.02.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.,J.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Additional District Judge, Salem in PRC No.62 of 2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4124 of 2024 dated 22.02.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional District Judge Salem, on 04.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
