This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in C.C.No.54 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Tiruchengode, Namakkal District pending trial any other court more particularity any other court in Attur Salem District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been commenced in this case and PW1 has already been examined.

3. It is seen that trial has been commenced and PW1 were examined and at this stage, the transfer of the case in C.C.No.54 of 2012 cannot be considered by this Court. However, considering the calender case is of the year 2012, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
