ORDER
This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in C.C No. 73 of 2023 in Cr. No. 499 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is under the judicial custody for the past one year and 8 months. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also the petitioner is having one NDPS case. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and the petitioner is having one NDPS case.
