Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of extracts of minutes of the meeting held by the 1st respondent on 04.02.2018 vide item No.48/2018 and quash the same as arbitrary, precipitous and in violation of chapter II of The Bar Council of India Rules and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the resolution No.117/2018, dated 24.01.2018, passed by the 3rd respondent and communicated vide letter dated 25.01.2018, in a fair and transparent manner with objectivity and in strict compliance of chapter II of The Bar Council of India Rules within a time frame.

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] Petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to call for the records of extracts of minutes of the meeting held by 1st respondent on 04.02.2018 vide item No.48/2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider the resolution No.117/2018, dated 24.01.2018, passed by the 3rd respondent and communicated vide letter dated 25.01.2018.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

3. In view of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that the resolution of the first respondent under challenge herein has been superseded by a subsequent resolution, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
