O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.225 of 2005 from the file of third respondent to the CBCID/Second respondent for further investigation within a time frame to be fixed by this Court to complete the investigation.

2. Heard Mr.M.K.Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent has submitted that the investigation is almost completed and so far, they have examined some persons and about to file a final report.

4. Under this circumstance, the change of investigation would affect the entire investigation in Crime No.225 of 2005. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent and also ensure that the respondent is filing the final report within time stipulated by this Court.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
