Respondents PRAYER : This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in detention order passed in C3/D.O/107/2019 dated 30.11.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of petitioner's husband Saravanan, Male, aged 30 years, now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore, before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, viz., Saravanan, aged about 30 years, challenging the detention order passed by the first respondent against the detenu in proceedings No. C3/D.O/107/2019 dated 30.11.2019. 2.It is represented by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the first respondent against the detenu who is the husband of the petitioner. 3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
