This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.18 of 2011 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the final report has already been transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur and it is yet to be taken on file. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
