ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.704 2020 and to file a final report in a competent Court within a stipulated period. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned 1/4

Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 30.06.2020, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the respondent to conduct investigation and complete the same and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
