This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7 in Crl.O.P.No. 33841 of 2025, dated 11.12.2025.

2. After hearing the submissions made on either side, this Court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.33841 of 2025, dated 11.12.2025, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.7 which reads as follows:- 7(c). the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6.00pm for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

3.The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.33841 of 2025, dated 11.12.2025, shall remains unaltered.
