This petition is filed to amend the petitioner's name as Senthil @ Senthil Kumar, S/o. Perumal @ Paramasivam.

2. Amendment is ordered as prayed for and the name of the petitioner shall be read as "Senthil @ Senthil Kumar, S/o. Perumal @ Paramasivam".

3. Since, the amendment is carried out today, time is extended to the petitioner till 21.02.2020 to surrender and execute sureties as ordered by this Court by order dated 20.12.2019.
