The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the original petition for divorce filed by the respondent/wife in H.M.O.P.No.4818 of 2023, within the stipulated time.

2. In the last hearing, this Court called for remarks from the concerned Court regarding time line required for disposal of the main original petition.

3. It is seen from the remarks submitted by the concerned Judge, the original petition is posted for recording evidence of PW.1 and the learned Judge sought for time line of three months for disposal of the main original petition.

4. Taking into consideration, the original petition was of the year 2023 and the time line of three months is sought for by the concerned Court, this Court is inclined to direct the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the main original petition in H.M.O.P.No.4818 of 2023, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
