J U D G M E N T

By order dated 20.02.2024, this Court passed the following order - By an order dated 23.08.2023, time was granted for taking steps to bring the L.R of the deceased sole respondent.

2. Till date, no steps have been taken.

3. Time is extended for taking steps to bring the L.R's of the sole respondent on or before 12.03.2024 failing which, the appeal suit shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. Post the matter on 12.03.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the appellant and no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.

3. In view of the above circumstances, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. No Costs.
