This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Vinitha, after enquiry, the said complaint was closed and hence, the question of harassment does not arise.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
