ORDER

The allegation against the petitioner is that at the time of filing the anticipatory bail petition, he submitted certain vouchers to show that there was a supply of goods. Since those documents were produced before this Court for the purpose of obtaining anticipatory bail, one of the parties intends to file a petition to take action for producing false documents before this Court. However, the Registry has placed the matter before this Court for consideration of maintainability.

2.I have also gone through the records and on perusal of the orders passed by this Court, it is revealed that those documents were not considered and the

case was independently considered on merits and the petition was dismissed on merits. Considering the above facts and also the statement that the matter has been resolved between the parties, I am of the view that further proceedings in this matter are unnecessary. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
