appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report made ready. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to with draw this Criminal Original Petition with liberty to file a quash petition to challenge the final report. Necessary endorsement has been made.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh quash petition to challenge the final report.
