A.No.185 of 2024 has been filed to discharge the first defendant from the guardianship of fourth defendant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

5. For carrying out the necessary amendments in the cause title, post the main suit on 31.01.2024.
