These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 189 days in filing this petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, viz., M. Nagesh, and (iii) to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 7 herein, who are the legal heirs of the deceased appellant, as appellants 2 to 8, in S.A. No.666/2022, respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
