After having heard at length, and after perusing the affidavit filed in support of this application and the context in which the present application has been filed, this Court is convinced that it is a fit case for allowing this application and permitting the amendment of the prayer in the main writ petition. Accordingly, this application is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main writ petition on 20.01.2025 under the same caption.
