ORDER

Though the petitioner has come up with this Miscellaneous petition seeking to clarify the order of this Court dated 22.07.2021 made in W.P.No.28549 of 2014, with regard to eligibility of Exgratia pension of the deceased board employee, namely P.Loganathan, however, a careful perusal of the order of this Court dated 22.07.2021 reveals that, this Court has passed a clear order granting terminal and pensionery benefits, if any to the employee till the date of dismissal and has also extended the benefits to the legal heirs of the deceased. When there being no ambiguity in the order passed by this Court, no clarification is required.
