Mr.S.Santhosh Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER The present petitions have been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in para No.10(b) directing the petitioner to report before the Thirukoilur Police Station, Kallakurichi everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in
Crl.O.P.Nos.27639, 27644, 27643, 27641 & 27640 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024. 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).
3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly. ah 22.01.2025
